Raising your vibrational frequency has so many benefits for you mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. It can lift your mood and also allows you to feel better physically as well. As you know, if your mind is balanced emotionally and mentally, then our body follows suit in feeling well too. When your vibration is high you may experience some of the following effects: more energy, more mental stability, more productivity, better ability to focus, a more positive mindset, a stronger sense of purpose, more self awareness and greater self confidence. The list goes on and on. A higher vibration also sets you up to manifest more effectively. In order to attract certain things like money, material things, people, and situations, you have to be a vibrational match with that of what you desire. If you are at a lower vibration, then that may be energetically blocking your manifestations from coming in.
