5 Rituals you can do on the next New Moon

  1. SET INTENTIONS/WRITE GOALS: The New Moon is a time of fresh starts. It's a perfect time to think about what it is you want to achieve in the future. Use this time to get real clarity on your short and long term goals and intentions Take some time to sit in silence and think about what you truly want for yourself or your life. Set some intentions, and write your goals. When you write you goals down, they are 68% more likely to come to fruition. Then you can take very small steps (with no pressure) toward your goals and see and feel movement in achieving them. Life is supposed to be fun and enjoying the journey of accomplishing those goals is what it’s about.

  2. SMUDGE/CLEANSE YOUR HOME: Smudging can help to clear negative energies, so performing this ritual during the New Moon is especially powerful. You can use sage, palo santo, or any other herb that speaks to you and follow your intuition to energetically cleanse your home.

  3. MEDITATE: Meditation during the New Moon (or at any time) is a perfect way to take advantage of the energy of the lunar cycle to manifest your desires. Find a quiet space, light a candle, and focus your intention on what you want to manifest.

  4. START A GRATITUDE JOURNAL: The New Moon (or ANY time) is a great time to start a gratitude journal. Take a few minutes to reflect on what you are grateful for and write them down in a notebook or journal. This practice can help shift your mindset tremendously and bring more positivity and a higher perspective into your life.

  5. START A NEW PROJECT: A new moon provides a fresh opportunity to start something new. It could be as small as trying a new recipe or as big as starting a new business. The important thing is to take action and try something new.

Love and infinite gratitude,

Laura
